Psychologist (M.Sc.) | Yoga & Exercise | Systemic Counselling (in training)
I am someone who is always looking for authentic experiences.
For moments when you feel alive – in your body and in your mind.
That’s why I spend a large part of my life on the move: on my yoga mat, practising Muay Thai in Thailand, travelling or trying to figure out who I am in a new country. Movement helps me think. And it helps me stay grounded – even when life gets noisy.
At the same time, I have always been someone who wanted to know why people feel the way they do and why they act the way they do. Psychology was never ‘just a degree’ for me, but a tool for understanding people – including myself.
I like depth, but I also need solid ground beneath my feet. And that’s exactly how I work: honestly, clearly, physically.
I am someone who listens to people without judging them.
Someone who quickly senses where something is stuck.
Someone who doesn’t shy away from feelings.
And someone who believes that you can find yourself again – sometimes in conversation, sometimes in your breath, and sometimes even in padwork.

What defines me
- I enjoy working with people who are willing to be honest with themselves – without the pressure to be perfect.
- I like it when the body and mind are allowed to work together instead of being separated.
- I believe in gentleness and boundaries, in courage and taking breaks.
- And I love it when someone suddenly realises during a conversation: ‘Oh… that’s really me.’

My journey in a few sentences
I studied psychology, became a yoga teacher, worked as a trainer for many years and supported people in various contexts. At the same time, I kept getting to know myself anew – in India, Thailand, Germany and on the road.
All of this has shaped my outlook:
That every person has their own story.
That change takes time.
And that it is never too late to reconnect with yourself.
Sports psychology
Exercise can be so much more than just training. What drives you? What slows you down? How do you find your own rhythm?
Psychological counselling
Do you dream of a different life? A different job, a relationship, a trip? A life under completely different circumstances?
