Whether you are looking for a balance to everyday life, want to dive deeper into your practice or use yoga as a supplement to your training – this is about you and your experience.

In private lessons, I focus on you and your current needs. Whether you want to deepen your practice, relax or reconnect with yourself – together we will find the path that is right for you. Lessons can take place on site or online, depending on what suits you best.

Group classes
Practising yoga together can be particularly inspiring and motivating. In my group classes, we combine movement, breathing and mindfulness to create a space where everyone can practise at their own pace.

Yoga for businesses
Yoga in everyday working life can help reduce stress, mobilise the body and clear the mind. In my online corporate fitness programmes, I combine gentle movements, breathing exercises and small mindfulness prompts – directly at the workplace or at home.

I design an online yoga programme tailored to your team, which can take place during breaks, before or after work, or as a regular series of classes.

Online group courses
Gentle strength, mindful presence and a space where you can feel yourself clearly again. My online yoga classes combine movement-based mindfulness, nervous system regulation and somatic awareness – live, personal and without recordings.
How it works
Registration is possible digitally via the registration portal. You will receive a participation link that allows you to join easily from home or flexibly from anywhere. Please ensure you have a stable connection for participation.
The group courses take place online with a maximum of 10 participants and provide a safe space to feel, learn, and try things out.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the course begins; after that, the full amount will be charged.
